As we may have previously announced, RenG (our official photographer) will be running a photobooth during select hours at Nishikaze this year. You can find out more information about RenG under our Events > Special Guests.
RenG’s Photobooth
Hours: 10 AM – 12 PM, 1 PM – 2:30 PM, 7 PM – 8PM
Cost: One (1) Picture – $5, Three (3) Pictures – $10
Digital copies will be emailed out in 72 hours
Our cosplay contest rules have been updated, to go along with the prize announcement that RenG Photography will be providing the winner of “Best of Show” with a photoshoot
Our next volunteer meeting is this Sunday, May 26, 2013 at Treasure Chest (1502 2nd Ave South) from 4PM – 5PM
The meeting is to get a count of how many people are interested in volunteering and if you aren’t familiar with what it means to be graciously informed of the various duties.
We also have some staff positions that we are looking to fill! Some are only needed the day of the event, while others are a year round gig. A listing of these positions is soon to follow, and we ask anyone interested in applying to have a resume ready for the next meeting including previous jobs, other volunteer work, and any other information that you believe help make you qualified for the position you want!
